Why clear the Prestashop cache?

There are times when you need to clear the Prestashop cache, whether during development or when updating a theme. Or simply to update the site after a modification. This module allows you to delete the cache you're interested in with one click. You can delete a specific cache type from all the caches available in Prestashop.

Why not use Prestashop's "Clear Cache" function?

Prestashop's native "Clear Cache" function can be very time-consuming for large sites. Sometimes, however, you may only need to clear certain caches. This module allows for a quick site update, depending on the cache you're deleting. For example, you update a js or css file in your theme and you have the CCC (Concatenation, Compression, and Caching) option enabled. You're only required to clear the entire Prestashop cache for a few files :-( Our module allows you to delete only the CCC cache files with one click.

Which caches can be deleted?

You can clear the following Prestashop caches individually:

• Clear the homepage cache
• Clear the theme's CSS files cache (CCC option)
• Clear the theme's JS files cache (CCC option)
• Delete all theme cache files (CCC option)
• Clear the Smarty cache
• Clear all PrestaShop caches (Prestashop's basic option)

Simplicity

No configuration is required; the module installs a menu at the top of your back office for versions 1.7.x.x and 8.x and 9.x of Prestashop.
