Ideal for customer support, viewing orders, viewing or filling out a shopping cart for a customer, validating their online order over the phone, etc.

Why log in as a customer?

It may happen that customers encounter difficulties or face problems in their purchases on your store. Whether it is difficulties in navigation (elderly people or people with difficulties), technical problems, or quite simply to carry out operations for them which they will find in their account. Putting yourself in the same conditions as the user is the best way to reproduce or guide them. This module is ideal for customer support.

Accessible from the backoffice in one click

The “connection as a customer” module is only accessible from the backoffice, with a simple click on the customer or order file.

Actions on behalf of the client

You can therefore easily carry out the following operations on behalf of the customer:

Add/remove products from cart
Add/edit an address
Validate an order by making payment over the phone with your customer

Security

The module is secured by a token which has a lifespan of one hour.

Simplicity

No configuration is necessary, the module adapts to your backoffice for versions 1.7.7.x and 8.x.
