The Prestashop out-of-stock products alert module allows you to list products that are out of stock for which your customers have requested an alert by email. This module is based on the native Prestashop Email Alerts module. When a product is out of stock, the Internet user can leave their email to be notified as soon as the product is available again. This module displays statistics (number of requests per product) to better manage the number of requests and thus facilitate your product restocking.
Easily manage customer list for out-of-stock alerts
This module is based on the native Prestashop Email Alerts module (ps_emailalerts) which allows your customers to leave their email on a product out of stock and be notified by email as soon as it becomes available. In the basic module of Prestashop, you do not have access to the list of requests, nor of products. This information is however vital for your restocking and knowing the number of requests for products out of stock.
Statistics on requests for non-stock products
Our additional module allows you to know the number of requests per product / combination. Export the data in CSV format. You can therefore better manage your supplier orders and restocking thanks to statistics on the number of out-of-stock products requested by your customers.
