Assign a Visitor Cart to a Customer
This module, compatible with Prestashop 1.7.x and 8.x, allows you to assign an abandoned cart from an anonymous visitor to a customer, making it easy to create an order.
Why assign an abandoned cart to a customer?
It may happen that a logged-in customer or a visitor adds products to their cart without creating an account or logging in. They then contact sales service. In some cases, if you have a physical store, they may even visit the store to make their purchase.
The sales representative then simply needs to go to the cart list in the back office, and once the cart is displayed, search for the customer and assign them to that cart.
This module is compatible with Prestashop 1.7.x and 8.x.
