Choose the layout, the content, the form fields to display and make mandatory, the group associated with the account creation, the notification email.

- Fully customizable: choose the layout and add text, photos, videos for your sales arguments
- Optional account activation: you decide whether the account is activated directly or if it must be validated in the back office
