Reminder by email of orders awaiting payment

If you use deferred payment methods on your Prestashop store such as bank transfer, check, money order or equivalent, you have certainly been faced with the manual management of reminders to your customers. In addition, you must manually cancel expired orders for the products to be reintroduced into your inventory.

This Prestashop module allows in a completely automated way to send a follow-up email to customers who have orders awaiting payment (by check, bank transfer, money order, etc.). Free yourself from reminders of payments not received! You can set the deadline in number of days for reminders by email.

Cancellation of unpaid (paid) orders

You can also set the number of days after which orders awaiting payment must be cancelled. The module then places the orders in canceled status and the products are reintegrated into the stock.

The module is very simple, configure the number of days, the statuses of the orders to be taken into account, schedule the cron tasks and that's it!
